Saving Private Tootsie is a 2002 Thai film directed by Kittikorn Liasirikun. The story revolves around several katoeys (ladyboys) who survive a plane crash in the jungle of an unidentified neighboring country and are eventually rescued by soldiers. The film was also sold for remake rights in the United States.
